The Rental Fees For the 2013 Season are:
Friday Events.............................$2800.00
Saturday Events........................$3500.00
Sunday .....................................$2800.00
Monday - Wednesday Events...$2000.00
Holiday Events........................$3500.00
** A 20% discount for June 1-15th events
** A 30% discount for May & Oct. events
There is also also a $500 security Deposit that is due at time of reserving a date. It is refundable after your event as long as there is not any damage or excessive clean up required. The deposit is not refundable upon cancellation of event. Monthly and quarterly payment plans are encouraged. Please notes: 50% of day fee is due no later than 6 months prior to your event and payment in full is due no later than 60 days prior to your event.
